Deal a day offers provide the much needed response sought by manufacturers and companies that need to move products from the factory floor into the hands of the buying public. Should this minimum number of participants not materialise then it is taken off the table and no money is transacted or charged.

T-Mobile & Starbucks scam?
On a recent out of town trip, I had the misfortune of staying at a hotel who was having ISP problems. I had to get on-line for a work related issue and someone suggested Starbucks. I grabbed my laptop and went to the Starbucks down the street, and fired up the browser. Never having done this before, I was slightly surprised when a T-Mobile webpage loaded which I could log in (if I had an account), sign up for an account, or get a 1-day pass for 10 bucks. I have no use for an account with them, so I went for the 1-day deal. Well... they hit my credit card for $41.00 and opened a regular account. When I called them to get it resolved, the answer I got was "as long as you cancel before the end of the billing cycle, it will not charge you again". Again??? Why did it charge me THIS time? Long and short of it is, they refused to make it right so I have to dispute the charge with AMEX. Has this happened to anyone else?

I was wondering, I ordered a 360 game yesterday during the afternoon, and paid for 1 day delivery, it's today now and I didn't get it in the mail? Does the half day that I ordered it even count toward the 1 day deal? Or do I have to wait till tomorrow? I ordered it yesterday afternoon.
